You rent a share of a hotel that is already taking bookings. It earns you 10%–15% of it a month, paid every day together with part of your rent back, and the balance is yours to claim whenever you want it.
Rentals run for a fixed term. Your rented amount comes back to you when the term ends.

Review the rental terms before you rent a hotel.
Each day pays that day's earnings plus part of your ₱10,000, so it is all back by day 180. Claim your balance any day you like.
Pick a 3, 6 or 9-month package, choose your amount, and the rental starts the same day. Every rental is matched to a specific hotel in the portfolio.
The hotel keeps taking bookings. Your share earns 10%–15% a month, depending on the package, and every day pays that day's earnings plus part of your rent back.
Your balance is claimable any day. Withdraw it, or put it into another hotel. By the last day of the term the whole rented amount is back with you.
Longer packages pay a higher monthly rate. Every day pays that day's earnings plus part of your rent, so everything is back by the last day.

Everyone gets a referral code the day they join. When someone rents a hotel using yours, 10% of the rental amount is added to your balance straight away, split evenly across the seven levels above them — so it still reaches you even if they were invited by someone you invited.
A friend renting ₱1,000.00 on your code splits ₱100.00 in commission seven ways — about ₱14.29 landing at every level above them, you included.
Hotels in the portfolio are already operating and already booked. Livowise takes on each hotel's running costs and pays rental holders a fixed share of its nightly rate. The payout is a slice of trading revenue, not a return on a traded asset.
Daily rates are set below the floor a property has held for the last twelve months, and a reserve covers shortfalls month to month. If a property falls below the floor for a full quarter, new rentals on it close and existing terms are honoured to the end.

Yes. The amount you rent with comes back in full over the term: each day pays that day's earnings plus an equal part of it, so by the last day all of it is back. Everything is yours to claim as it lands.
You can claim any day. Claims move the balance to your wallet immediately; withdrawals to a bank or crypto address are processed within 24 hours on working days.
You can close a rental before the term ends and get the amount back, minus the daily payouts already claimed on it. There is no other penalty.
Commission is paid on the rental amount, once, split evenly across the 7 levels above whoever rents: 10% of the rental amount in total, about 1.43% at each level. It does not reduce what they earn.
